How many times did I daydream as a child in school? Or elsewhere? My world paled in comparison to what my mind could conjure.
Life or death adventures, beauty, high drama.
I could live in my little house on the prairie or journey to the stars.
Dreaming, whether day or night, is an important part of creating new possibilities.
Being able to see something that isn't there as you gaze out your window.
Imagination.
Taking what is, and shaping it into what it could be.
It's time to let go of old messages about what I should be doing instead when I catch myself daydreaming. Perhaps it is the fuel of the brand new world I am about to create.
